Our service
We provide a competitive estimating and tendering service for builders who cannot justify the cost of employing someone full time. In addition to our pre-contract estimating service we can also provide full post-contract Quantity Surveying services if necessary. Given that every contractor has a different cost base and, in order to ensure that we complete accurate estimates on our clients’ behalf, at our first meeting with new clients we ascertain their actual labour, subcontractor, material and overhead costs. By adopting that approach we can ensure that any tenders you win will reflect an accurate estimate of all your costs. Our services to builders are detailed below.
Estimating
We will provide a fully detailed estimate outlining all the items included and listing any exclusions as necessary. We can also include your company logo and other information so as to ensure that your tenders look more professional.
Valuations / Final Account / Programmes
We can provide monthly valuations including any variations during the period. At the end of the project we can negotiate a final account on your behalf with the client’s Architect or Surveyor. We can also provide a detailed programme for the works if required.
Safety
We can produce the necessary documentation for contractors who have taken on the role of Project Supervisor Construction Stage.
