For smaller projects and particularly residential extensions and renovations, we are aware that Architects may not require a full Quantity Surveying service. That said, we know from experience that Architects are often pressed to provide a detailed initial budget, so the client can ascertain if they have the necessary funds, or will be able to obtain the finance to proceed.
