Gilmore Chartered Quantity Surveyors was established by Kevin Gilmore to offer high quality quantity surveying and consultancy services to the construction / property industry. After qualifying as a Quantity Surveyor Kevin, worked through the ranks of a large construction / development company as a Quantity Surveyor, Contracts Manager and finally as a Director from 2001 until 2012. During that 20 year period he was involved in a wide variety of commercial and residential projects in Ireland, Finland and Poland. GCQS’s other key staff and consultants also have over 20 years’ experience in the industry.
GCQS offers a wide range of quantity surveying and project management services. GCQS also provides specialist services and advice such as: dispute resolution and avoidance; delay analysis; expert witness services; contract drafting and vetting; contractual claims; health & safety; insurance. In addition to providing services in Ireland we also act for clients in the UK in partnership with a London based Consulting firm.
We believe our experience of both the contracting /development and professional practice aspects of the construction industry, gives us a unique understanding of the processes involved. That experience ensures that we provide balanced, accurate advice to our clients so as to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
